JESS MOVEGet started
Onboarding
Five steps.
Then it fits itself to you.
Nothing is mandatory except the safety questions. No wearable, no calendar and no app are required to begin — the lowest delivery tier reaches any phone that can receive a message, and a Snap is 90–300 seconds either way.
The five steps
Under ten minutes, once.
Account type
Individual, child with parent, family, employee, student, supported or carer-managed.
Movement readiness
A non-diagnostic questionnaire: confidence, balance, accessibility needs, restrictions, seated versus standing preference, coaching style.
Daily context
Work or school schedule, commute, wake and sleep windows, home-working days, meeting-heavy days, times that are never suitable.
Integrations
Optional, granular and individually revocable. Nothing is required to start.
First plan
A seven-day starter programme with a hard daily prompt cap, preferred windows, a safe starting intensity, a game world and rest logic.

Your mode
Derived from a verified age band, never chosen freely.
Mode governs how much the interface shows you, how the coach speaks, which gamification mechanics are legal, what data may be collected and which clinical guardrails apply. You cannot opt into a mode that is not yours.
Explorer Mode
Adventure, not health. Screen-break missions, coordination, classroom-safe play.
- Play-framed, permission-giving, safe. Never evaluative about the body.
- Type 16px · WCAG AAA · 1 instruction per Snap
Teen Mode
Autonomy and identity. Revision resets, gaming recovery, private crews.
- Dry, low-hype, zero kiddie language, zero body-image framing.
- Type 16px · WCAG AA · 2 instructions per Snap
Momentum Mode
University, hybrid work, commuting, early parenting. Meeting recovery and stress resets.
- Warm, brief, efficient, time-aware.
- Type 16px · WCAG AA · 3 instructions per Snap
Balance Mode
Stiffness prevention, joint-friendly strength, posture, travel movement, optional menopause-aware personalisation.
- Direct, unfussy, respectful of a full workload. Long-horizon framing.
- Type 16px · WCAG AA · 3 instructions per Snap
Independence Mode
Balance, lower-limb strength, grip and gait — confidence and staying independent.
- Unhurried, plain, respectful. Capability neutral.
- Type 18px · WCAG AAA · 2 instructions per Snap
Vitality Mode
Dignity and simplicity. Seated and bed-compatible, carer-assisted, voice-operated.
- Slow, concrete, one action per screen. No timers, no failure states.
- Type 20px · WCAG AAA · 1 instruction per Snap
Consent
Eleven switches, all independent, all reversible.
Every integration can be disabled without disabling the product. Calendar titles and attendees never leave your device — only busy, free, focus and travel structure is transmitted, and never to any language model.

Pick the tier that matches the phone you own.
Start now, in about two minutes.
Pick who you are moving for, answer a short readiness check, and the right mode is configured before your first prompt. Nothing to install and nothing to pay.
Free to create. 150 AI credits a month for 2 months, then AI features need a plan — everything that is not AI carries on either way. Premium is £5.99 a month and cancels in one click. Under 18 a guardian confirms before the account opens.
